1. What this site is

efile.technology describes a planned software service that would let software and AI agents prepare and transmit U.S. federal tax returns to the IRS. The service is not yet available. At this stage the site only lets you join an early-access waitlist and read about our plans.

2. Our IRS status

We are in the process of applying for IRS e-file credentials. We are not currently an authorized IRS e-file provider, and we cannot file returns with the IRS. Nothing on this site is an offer to file a return. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service. Statements about future features, timelines, form coverage, and pricing are plans, not commitments, and may change or never happen.

3. No tax, legal, or accounting advice

Content on this site is general information only. We are not a tax preparer, CPA, enrolled agent, or law firm, and nothing here is tax, legal, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional about your situation.

4. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you ask us to contact you about the service. Joining creates no obligation for you or us, does not guarantee access, and does not reserve any price. You can ask us to remove you at any time (see Privacy Policy).

5. Future service terms

If and when we launch, use of the service will require separate written terms covering, among other things: fees, taxpayer authorization and signature requirements, your responsibility for the accuracy of return data, data security, and IRS program rules. Those terms will control over this document for the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to: break the law; submit false or another person's information; probe, scan, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure; use automated means to submit the waitlist form in bulk; or attempt to access data that is not yours.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its text, and its design belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal and business evaluation. Do not copy or resell it without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Comparisons, market statements, and examples (including code samples and sample amounts) are illustrative only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the site or these terms at any time by posting an update with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend access to the site at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
